By submitting your email address on this website or app, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe from any email list at any time by clicking the opt-out link in the respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them. By submitting your email address, you also agree to allow us to use it for customer audience targeting on platforms like Facebook for advertising to opted-in users.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide Fitrah Fitness to you and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no legal or regulatory obligation to keep it, we will either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that you cannot be identified.

Fitrah Fitness uses a third-party health data platform to power the Mizan AI Wellness Insights feature within the app. This platform's software development kit (SDK) is integrated into Fitrah Fitness to collect, analyze, and generate wellness insights from your device and health data. This section explains what data is collected through this integration, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.
With your explicit permission, the SDK collects health and behavioral data from your device and connected health sources, including Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS and Google Health Connect on Android. The categories of data that may be collected include:
Not all of the above categories will be collected in every case. Collection depends on which permissions you grant, which sensors your device supports, and which features of the app you use.
The health data collected through this integration is used solely to generate your personalized Mizan AI Wellness Insights within the Fitrah Fitness app, including your Fitrah Focus summaries and wellness tips. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared with any party other than our wellness technology provider for the purpose of processing and generating those insights.
Our wellness technology provider processes and stores this data on its own infrastructure, which may be located in multiple jurisdictions including Australia, the European Union, and the United States. By using the Mizan AI features in Fitrah Fitness, you understand that your health data will be transmitted to and processed by this provider in accordance with its own end user privacy policy. Your health data is never collected without your explicit permission. Before any health data is accessed, you will be presented with a permission request through your device's native health permissions system (Apple Health or Google Health Connect). You may grant or deny individual permissions, and you may revoke access at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions will stop further collection but will not automatically delete data already processed.
Menstruation data and other body-related health signals collected through this integration are treated as sensitive personal data. Fitrah Fitness does not share this category of data with any third party other than our wellness technology provider for the purpose of generating your wellness insights, and it is never used for any purpose beyond delivering the features you have opted into within the app.
Our wellness technology provider does not collect personally identifiable information through its SDK and requires native device permissions to be granted by the individual user before any data collection can occur. The technology focuses on non-invasive behavioral and wellness insights derived from passive device signals rather than direct personal identifiers.
Fitrah Fitness is incorporated in the United States. Information collected via our website or app may be transferred to our offices, personnel, or third parties located throughout the world. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using our Service, you voluntarily consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.
We take precautions to protect the security of your information through physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. However, no security system is foolproof. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
