Under no circumstances shall Fitrah Fitness be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Fitrah Fitness or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Fitrah Fitness reserves the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any time.

Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in the collection of delinquent undisputed amounts shall be the responsibility of and paid by you.
No contract will exist between you and Fitrah Fitness for the Service until Fitrah Fitness accepts your order by a confirmatory email, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means of communication. You are responsible for any third-party fees you may incur when using the Service.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' billing terms and refund policies in addition to these Terms. Fitrah Fitness uses a unified subscription management layer across all platforms. If you purchase a subscription through a third-party platform, that platform's terms govern billing, renewal, and cancellation for that purchase.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Fitrah Fitness. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, please contact us and we will discuss any issues you are experiencing with our product. We appreciate your business and want you to have a rewarding experience with Fitrah Fitness.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by you to Fitrah Fitness with respect to the website or app shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Fitrah Fitness. Fitrah Fitness shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute any such suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or compensation to you.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the website or app.

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Fitrah Fitness and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fitrah Fitness or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the website or app.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of that provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, any right or power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power.
Fitrah Fitness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our website or app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fitrah Fitness regarding your use of the website or app and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Fitrah Fitness on the Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fitrah Fitness.
The website and app and their entire contents, features, and functionality — including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Fitrah Fitness, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. In the event of a dispute, you or Fitrah Fitness must give the other a Notice of Dispute — a written statement setting forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. Notices of Dispute must be sent to: admin@fitrahfitness.app. You and Fitrah Fitness will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent.
If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute, it will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. You are giving up the right to litigate all disputes in court before a judge or jury. Any and all legal, accounting, and other costs and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.
Fitrah Fitness may from time to time include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities that require you to submit information about yourself. Please note that all promotions may be governed by separate rules that may contain certain eligibility requirements. You are responsible for reading all promotion rules to determine whether you are eligible to participate.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.
Fitrah Fitness is not responsible for any content, code, or other imprecision. Fitrah Fitness does not provide warranties or guarantees. The Fitrah Fitness Service and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations of any kind, whether express or implied.
